If there is a defective product, contact us by email, and we will come to an agreeable solution.
All Paddles have 90 day warranty as follows:

- The manufacturer promises to provide warranty for technical malfunctions and manufacturing process malfunctions under normal usage:
- If the surface and inner layer of the paddle detaches or peels off.
- If the handle and roller sleeve falls off and are damaged due to substandard glue or material.
- If the material structure error caused the racket to break during normal hitting (not due to an unexpected strong impact against something other than a pickleball).
2. The warranty policy does not apply to the following situations:
- Natural wear and tear over time: scratches, wear on the paddle surface, reduced elasticity, and decreased hitting force.
- Damage caused by improper use: Hitting the paddle against the floor, wall, pillar, or accidental collision.
- The product was modified or repaired by a non-manufacturer individual.
- Damage caused by improper storage conditions (moisture, high temperature, placed in a hot car trunk, soaked in water, etc.).
3. Warranty period
- Warranty period: 90 days from the date of sale.
- During this period, if the product has manufacturing defects, the manufacturer will:
- Repair the paddle or replace it with a like item or upgraded model.
4. Warranty process

- The customer needs to provide:
- Valid evidence of purchase invoice or purchase date.
- The product is in good condition (no disassembly, no self-repair).
- Upon receipt of email, the manufacturer will reply and handle the matter within 7 working days.
- In some cases the customer may be required to mail/deliver the paddle to B.A.M. headquarters, and in some cases pictures will suffice.
